At Kookie of London, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items by mail within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returns

We offer free returns within 30 days. To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags attached where applicable, and in the original packaging where possible.

Returns are accepted by mail only. In-store returns are not currently offered.

Returns are free for customers in the United Kingdom.

All returns must be sent by mail. Customers must print the return label before sending the item back.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days after the returned item is received and approved.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to make the funds available in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return where they are worn, used, damaged after delivery, missing tags where applicable, or not returned in a suitable condition.

If a product is marked as non-returnable on the product page, it may not be eligible for return unless it is faulty or not as described.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@kookieoflondon.shop.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it and help resolve the matter.

Exchanges

We do not currently guarantee exchanges. If you need a different size, colour, or item, please return the original item and place a new order, subject to availability.

Shipping Charges

Kookie of London offers free UK shipping. Original shipping charges do not apply where free shipping was provided.
